Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select Homoeopathic Formulations. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging, labels, seals, and other accompanying materials intact.
• Any product with a broken seal, damaged packaging, missing label, or signs of use may not be accepted for return.
• Due to the nature of Homoeopathic Formulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products that are expired, damaged due to improper storage after delivery, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the applicable return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.
